When you send a question or a service request, the details you enter (name, country, city, WhatsApp number and your message) are sent directly to our WhatsApp. They are not stored on this website.

We use your details only to answer you. Questions may be published only if you allowed it, and always without your name or contact details.

If you turn on notifications, you can turn them off at any time in your browser or phone settings.
